Provide a way to import WordStar files directly

Now so many computers are running 64-bit Windows 10, It would be very useful to have a filter to import WordStar files (v 3.0 to 4.0 at least) that will automatically strip off the high-bit when importing so they are accessible immediately. Since WS won't run under 64-bit, there is no way to read or import these files, since even utilities like Strip.Com (to simply strip off the hi-bit) won't run in a 64-bit environment. I personally have thousands of WS files and would really appreciate a way to open these files "on the fly" -- rather than having to re-boot into my Win7 32-bit partition, just to strip the high-bit off one file, maybe....
